Our family loved the free WiFi and helpful tour desk, which was perfect for exploring Granada. The staff's personalized recommendations made our stay extra special, especially since we traveled with our nephew. The view from our room of the Alhambra was simply breathtaking at night.

Noise level in some rooms could disrupt a good night's sleep!!! Bathroom layouts were awkward and could be better designed for convenience!!! Internet connectivity issues can be very frustrating during your stay!!!

Staying for one night offered a charming experience in a beautifully restored historic building. The room featured stunning views and modern amenities, with a refreshing shower that was a highlight. Friendly and approachable staff made navigating the area easy, providing personalized recommendations. However, some noise from the street disrupted sleep during the night, and dining options were limited. Despite these drawbacks, the experience was enjoyable overall.

The sunny room provided a spectacular view of the Alhambra, and we enjoyed a delightful surprise of red wine upon arrival. The location was central yet easily accessible without steep hills, making it convenient for exploring the area. Staff interactions were genuinely warm and engaging, especially with my daughter. However, the absence of breakfast and limited dining options nearby restricted our meal choices, and some noise from the street was noticeable at times.

Recommend it for couples seeking relaxation
That's the thing , the staff were super friendly. Concierge Antonio helped us when we checked out , storing our luggage so we could explore more before we left. The room had an amazing view , so beautiful looking at the Alcazaba tower!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but the experience was still alright.
